If white patches cannot be wiped off, its oral thrush. oral thrush can keep on occurring to and fro between nipple and baby's mouth. you are supposed to apply medicine on your nipples too after feed.. also maintaining good sterilization of bottles is extermely important in this case consult your paediatrician. please do not try any home remedy. get it controlled on time, as it may affect feeding in advanced stages.
