A. Hello to avoid constipation you should give lot of fluids, vegetables and fruits. And foods should be homemade. Babies are fussy eaters. So keep making variety of healthy foods at your home. And you should give small amounts of foods frequently. Give luke warm water at early morning everyday. Give chia seeds water everyday. Give one bowl of papaya everyday. And you can also give banana everyday or any other seasonal fruits you can give along with papaya. Give curd or anarar raita or mango raita. Add little ghee in every meal. Give soup, stuffed vegetables multigrain roti, milkshake, smoothie, khichdi with vegetables. Give coconut water everyday.
