if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre dxiet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
addincg papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

usually constipation is caused by inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet
so please keep your child well hydrated
give fiber rich diet like tomato soup, spinach soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
avoid giving bakery food items.
give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning which work as natural laxative
