Q.

Constipated (hard stool always one time or two times a day) since started solid food how can i resolve

A. Hello mom, If baby gets constipated don't offer biscuits and ragi kanji and all offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer plenty of water per day and offer warm water always. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
