Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be intervreested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

If Your child is not eating food then you should try to figure out the reason behind it you should talk to your child as to why your child is not eating food your child is about 5 1/2 years of age and at this age kids are very smart to respond well to try to figure that out
