chest congestion me bche ki chaati ko ...grm namak se sekaai kr sakte h kya h (while sleeping in night)

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if the child is having cough and cold and nasal block you can use saline drops in the nose but it is not advisable to use any such thing which you are concerned

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well , I haven't used salt but yes you can do heat fomentation using clean Cotton clothe and onion for that , take an onion grate it on clean Cotton clothe make pouch of it heat the tava place that pouch on tava for few seconds then check with your hands it should not be too hot and Pat it on your child chest and back
