cervix is obscured with fetal head what does it mean

Hello ma’am It mostly just means that the head is right at the position but since I am not expert in this area I will not be able to help you any further with it I would simply advise you to discuss it all properly with your gynaecologist in detail because she would be the right person to guide you and advise you on this
