Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Packaged foods are not healthy for a daily usage Pls try to avoid Give hoke cooked foods like soft upma, mashed dal rice, khichadi, mashed chapati dal, vegetables soup, fruit smoothie.
