cerelac milk bread milk all are sweet in taste is this can cause sugar to my baby??? or it is ok to give 11 month baby please reply

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and no need to worry about sugar and breastfeeding is given to boost the immune system of a baby and also give baby home made semi solid and direct sugar we can add after one year of a age and aslo you can add jaggery powder instead of sugar too. take care
