A. Mommy Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Wash hands often before touching your baby Give adequate water and healthy nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products

Q. my baby completed 6 months . now is 7 month running. we are giving him ragi sari.can we give ceralac for 7 month old? which is (Nestle ceralac ) which is for children... many are giving ceralac for children! and moreover another thing is in that they have mentioned in front pack itself (baby cereal with milk) which milk is being added. becoz before less than 1 year we cannot give milk except breast milk and formula... can pedestrian help me regarding this. picture is being added.
