A. Hello ma’am If your doctor has prescribed you these medicines that your doctor must have prescribed you the dosage is also so kindly check the prescription when it is. Well every medicine has a different dosage as per the child’s age And in certain cases weight is also important in this way I will not be able to help you for the same so kindly consult your paediatrician
