can you tell me iron rich food and weight gaining food

A. hello. Pulses, beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. weight gaining foods are potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. iron rich you can have dates or dates syrup, palak, take iron supplement..
