Q.

Can you suggest some healthy food for weight gain...my 1nd half year baby is very weak.

A. Dear mum, you can give your baby eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.

A. Give seasonal fruits including mango ,banana,pear,vegetables like potato sweet potato,carrots ,peas etc.Include dry fruit powder,milk ghee,curd,eggs and meat.
