Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mom. at the beginning you can use your finger to just clean the babies tooth and the tongue and you can start it as soon as baby will get his first tooth. it is not advisable to use the toothpaste and until the baby know to spit out. you can use your finger or a soft bristle toothbrush or cloth to clean the the tooth of the baby. use fluoride free toothpaste for the baby almost of rice grain size upto 3 years of age. after that you can use less than 500 PPM fluoride toothpaste till 3 to 6 years.
