can you recommend me some good speech therapist in Dwarka New Delhi ..my 3.10 yr old kid has a good vocabulary but is not using them in conversation ..I mean he is not engaging in two way conversation...I m really worried...he communicated thru gestures...n recognizes objects on seeing and names them too but won't talk
