can you plz share Protien calcium rich food for for height growth and Multivitamin and minerals antioxidants for 4 years child

A. dear Mum no need to search for individual nutrients in the food the general guideline for optimum growth and health of child is balanced diet having variety of food groups as no one food is complete the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
