can you plz give some review about 'BABY SMILE' homeopathy tonic.. my homeopathy doc gave me this tonic becoz my baby wt is very low ( 20 months, 8.9 kg) and did not eat properly..

mam,as it is prescribed by your doctor ,it must be safe.
but from your description ,as we look at your child weight gain ,he or she is gaining little bit less.
in this case , instead of giving medicine ,you should offer food items which are rich in iron, calcium, vitamin, minerals, energy etc
as a child is rejecting food ,you can try with food as per your child taste.
you can give boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, banana , avacado, apple, papaya ,dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc.
