Morning - milk with little joys nutrimix + banana.
Mid morning - seasonal fruits
Lunch - Dal chawal with ghee + sabzi
Evening - makhana or dry fruit laddoo.
dinner - roti sabzi or khichdi. include egg if non veg. Curd daily for gut health.
This covers most nutritional needs for a 3 year old honestly

Mam if you’re looking for a specific diet would contain a lot of vitamins then you should consult a nutritionist they can help you with a detailed diet plan to follow but usually vitamins are mostly found in all the fruits of fruit should definitely be a part of diet of your child which is essentially important
