Can you please tell me, according to calories, what we should feed our child and what we should give them to drink? Also suggest something for weight gain, growth, and strength. If there is weakness or iron deficiency, please guide us about what foods we should give.”

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leaf, vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be given as per requirement. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
