can you please suggest weight gaining food/vitamins for food cravings for 2 years

A. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods.

A. Hello You can add foods that help in weight gain in a healthy way like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates, banana chickoo, peanuts til seeds, coconut, egg, avocado, paneer, potato, banana, pumpkin, to baby's recipes
