Aman and walnuts are the best to be given but if you are willing to make then you can go ahead with making a dry fruit powder where you can include all the dry food powder in the same amount and fox nuts dry roast and make a powder out of it which is going to be extremely healthy for overall brain growth and development physically of your child and good immunity booster
