can you please suggest a proper food diet plan for 7 months 21 days old baby. Can I give cow milk or powered milk? can I give cerelac to my baby atleast once?can I give grinded chapati and milk mixed with sugar?can I give gullati (contains lentils, dry fruits, rice grinded and cooked)?can I give sugar n salt dissolved in water to my baby? can I give mashed fruits ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello dear, you can give all mention except cow milk, salt n sugar.. offer this after 1 year. Give two major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
