You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 time’s a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

mam,as a child is 6 months old ,you can offer semisolid food once in a day..
so you can offer food like dal Pani, rice starch, different vegetables and fruits puree,mashed rice etc
