Q.

can you please help me.... My Niece has faced this issue I consulted my near Pediatric DR. or Derma logistics...... Pediatric DR recommend Easynappi & Dermatologist say fungal infection recommend Canesten ointment.....this ointment can relief better but not full satisfaction......

A. make sure to keep your baby diaper free and wash it with lukewarm water and pat dry the area . also keep the area well dry enough . you can apply virgin coconut oil too .

A. if there is no relief you should use oral antifungals. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Okay so try the cream that usually most of the cases like this you can use Boroline anti septic cream applied every two hours do not use diapers and make sure that this plane places is totally clean prior to that first time I suggest you to clean it with a mild anti septic liquid by mixing some warm water into that and always make sure proper clean and hygiene maintained in this area
