I feel these home remedies are going to be good and helpful for you start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya and give more fibre which diet and fluids and night before sleeping I’m just going to recommend you that you should go ahead with giving PRUNE juice to the child in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the Navy
