can you advice alternative medicine to Indominic P drops for cold? we are not getting this medicine in Mumbai and online medical stores.

A. you can go for syrup maxtra in its place. but if the formulations containing Paracetamol then it would be better to take maxtra p for it. it is also advisable to confirm the contents with your pharmacist before buying the medicine
