SandhyaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi, no it’s is better to use wipes. Avoid tissue papers as it is not good. Wipes are soft and it contains anti bacterial. Also clean the area and make sure you apply coconut oil to avoid rashes.
