can we use tissue paper dipped in water to clean baby butt after pooping as I think tissue paper doesn't contain any chemical.is it right?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi it will get stick in bits. wash with water everytime and pat dry with soft towel. ... . wipes also should be avoided because the rubbing can cause bruising
