can we use pitted dried prunes to avoid constipation in 7 month baby? My baby is getting constipation even after adding high fiber food. We have reduced formula milk intake to 250 ml in a day. Can that cause constipation?

A. Of course you can use prunes they are extremely healthy to reduce constipation along with going to give plenty of fibre and flu which give good amount of water you can also give plenty of buttermilk and coconut water to the Child in modernisation
