Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. A big no for using any kind of kajal for baby's eye. getting eyebrows is not much in our hands. you can just do one thing just massage the eyebrows with fingers gently. that's all.

A. If kajal is home made( made after burning almonds),it's ohk to apply... on the outer side.
