bonnisons can be given as per doctor's Suggestions
please give plenty of breastfeeds to your child and make sure your child get enough milk
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food give massage to your child regularly
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands
move your child legs in cycling motions which definitely help in this
