A. No Avoid it can introduce infection in baby and may contain constitutents which are not safe for baby exclusive breastfeeds are recommended till first 6month of age no gripe water no ghutti burp after feeds avoid overfeeding vaccinate baby as per schedule

A. Gripe water janam ghutti etc are not recommended burp the baby during and after feed give some tummy time to the baby. Drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby and also chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby
