A. yes dear. use saline nasal drops six hrly. start with liquid only like dal ka pani or Rice water or fruit purees along with breastmilk on demand .

A. Yes You can use it for a while in the room after that you just have to put it off you can use it about for half an hour to 1 hour if you’re talking about the camphor thing then you can use it if I am understanding it correctly
