Can we use almond oil for massage in summer??

A. from my exp my ans is no almond has heating property so not for summer u shoul go for musturd oil or mixed musturdvoil with coconut oil bcs sarso oil is neutral in all manner heat or cool and mosture but should wash after massage exceesive oil in summer block skin pores so resultbi rashes

A. almond oil is good in winters. u may try cocunut oil which is extra virgin so that it is very light on skin

A. yes almond oil is good in all seasons for baby you can massage with throughout the year there will be no issues unless your baby is allergic to it
