Q.
can we take iron and calcium with lactare capsule. my doctor prescribed Lactare 3 times a day. but I am already taking iron in the might and Calcium in afternoon . so can I club lactare with them at same time

do inckyde food tgat joost breast kilk secretion.
drink lots of fluids, latch your bavy to breast more often.
