Massage your breasts before feeding. Eat a bowl full of oats everyday. Include Sabudana, garlic, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, drumstick, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Ask your doctor if you can take any herbal supplements to increase breast milk production. Try to feed your baby more frequently as more the demand is, the supply becomes more. If all these fail to work, please consult your doctor before choosing formula milk for your baby as he is the one who knows the best about the growth needs of your baby.
