can we start boil beetroot as a solid to 6 and half month baby

A. Hello mom yes definitely you can give beetroot to the baby now, always introduce new foods one at a time, you can give in steamed form as well.

A. yes can start, but do make sure to cook it properly, Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables soup or puree. mashed fruits
