Q.

can we start a solid from 5 months.please let me know I am confused .If we want to start ,which solid need to start first.

A. Hello dear parent pls wait until 6 months is completed for baby as the digestive system will be ready to accept solid Food other than mothers milk . When you start solids continue mothers milk and gradually add new food Take care Thank you Dr.Trishita
