can we prefer badam milk which is available outside.My son likes it so much ,is it so much sugary?

A. Hi mom It is high in sugar and calories. So avoid giving. U can give homemade badam milk to ur baby instead of giving outside milk.. Also u can give different milkshakes as a healthy option. Take care
