can we mix Nan pro stage one powder with cow milk? to feed 4 months old baby

Animal milk cannot be given to the child at all before the age of 13 months also why do you want to mix to make for no reason there is no point mixing to Mail because both the things have their own separate entity and health in any manner and currently you cannot give it to the child
