Can we mix formula powder in cow milk one year old

Formula milk is not advised to be anything you can just mix it with water as mentioned on the packet otherwise it’s not advisable to mix in any other food or cow milk or anything so please give it as it is mentioned on the packet it’s not advisable to do anything else
