Can we mix breast milk and mashed banana and feed 6 month old baby

A. yes you can mash banana properly and add a little milk to it to make it runny in consistency which is easy to swallow for your baby but do not heat it

A. Hello dear parent! Not required to add it to bananas. If you still want to add ensure both the breastmilk and formula milk will shouldn’t be heated or cooked. Mix the milk only after the food is properly cooked. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Continue breastfeeding.
