can we give yellow moong to a 9th month old baby directly aur we should blend them.

A. Hi mommy You should blend it as baby’s may not have teeth at this age so it’s easy to eat if you blend and give in mashed form Also give mashed green vegetables mashed potato mashed sweet potato etc Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice also Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
