Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury.
it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay in the walking milestone of the child.
the child doesn't learn xto walk because the child feels that they have to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk
push walker can be used but walker in which child sits in centre needs to be avoided

Many doctors do bold advise walkers as there are chances of baby walking on toes, sometimes getting hurt when unable to manoeuvre. Consult your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
