Tomatoes are typically not recommended to be introduced to an infant until somewhere between10 and 12 months of age. The reason is the acidity of tomatoes may prove harsh for an immature tummy.

If China has completed the age of six months then yes you can give it but instead of giving tomato juice it would be advisable to go for tomato soup that would be a better choice it would be thicker and feeling as well otherwise if you think that the tomato juice is going to be good enough you can go for that also
