Can we give Pomegranate juice to constipated babies?

Dried fruits such as figs, raisins, apricots and dates are very rich sources of fibre. They help maintain good gut health and help prevent constipation in children.

Yes you can give it is rich source of iron and vitamins give all food groups like cereals milk pulses fruits green leafy veggies milk products cereal porridges like moong dal rice mix or wheat porridge or rice porridge can add mashed boiled veggies to make it nutritious
