Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside packed foods as they are high in sugars and preservatives. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
