There is no problem in giving it to the child but let me tell you other than pineapple they do add good amount of sugar into it so personally I feel giving any kind of mocktail is not good as they have ample of sugar into it either you just get them done in a pineapple base tell them not to add additional sugar in that case of course you can give it to the child
