ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 years agoA. No Its to be given only if fever And Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children6 years agoA. no Paracetamol is given in case your child is having fever if your child is suffering from cold Give your baby indirect steam least three times a day burn garlic ajwain in mustard oil let this oil get cool or warm rub that oil on his chest back Palms foot also keep your baby hydrated by breastfeeding and consult your doctor as soon as possible
