can we give packet milk like mother diary fat milks to 4 years kid or only cow milk is preferable?

A. Hello good morning !! You can give packet milk to 4 year old . Check it's purity if you feel packet milk is pure and good quality wise then you can opt otherwise cow milk from a known persons is best quality wise , health wise. Cow milk is good for health but check suitability because it cause body heat(Constipation) in few persons.
